Title: Map of GeorgiaGeorgia is a country of 69,700 km2 bordered by Armenia, Azerbaijan, Russia, and Turkey. In July 2001 its population was estimated at 4.9million.
Life expectancy for men was 61.04 years and for women it was 68.28 years. The country's ethnic groups are made up of: Georgian (70.1%), Armenian (8.1%), Russian (6.3%), Azeri (5.7%), Ossetian (3%), Abkhaz (0.8%) and other 5%. Religious groupings comprise: Georgian Orthodox (65%), Muslim (11%), Russian Orthodox (10%), Armenian Apostolic (8%). 1
