Well the ethical issues are pretty utilitarian. It’s about doing what one can. It’s balancing out the quality with cost effectiveness because they are about doing the greatest good for the greatest number of people. The other ethical issues are around issues such as consent to care which you know, can pose problems because there may be embargos upon people knowing what’s wrong with them, so there are some tricky practitioner issues in terms of ethics there. Disclosure of diagnosis, that’s another one; and then the whole business of finances of this care. I mean - Ghana’s struggling at the moment to provide people with antiretroviral therapy and again it’s about the fair use of resources, Anti-retro viral therapy is a great, a very important thing in Ghana - and that’s going to be a very big challenge for the Ghanaian Government before they even begin to think of, you now, ‘Now we’ve actually done what we can to help this person who’s dying - what can we do when they are actually dying?’
