The Ministry of Health runs an accredited Training of Trainers Programme for trainers working with HBC implementing organizations. There are 53 accredited trainers in the country. Of these 75% have some health training. The MOH also trains health personnel in opportunistic infection treatment with a HBC component and a separate module on palliative care. These are minimum standards and organizations are encouraged to provide additional training. An annual task force meeting provides a forum for organisations to discuss their work.⁹
