Lera O'Connor
Lera has been a cancer and palliative care nurse for many years and comes from Melbourne, Australia, where until recently she had a joint university and hospital appointment, aiming to undertake and facilitate nursing research and quality projects in the palliative care setting.
Lera has joined the Observatory, here at Lancaster, for a 15 month research associate post and will be working closely with Iris Cohen Fineberg and other colleagues as part of an evaluation of Preferred Place of Care (PPC): Towards quality improvement.
